Delivery time: takes about 10-20 business days.

We dispatch ‘Ready to Ship’ orders within 24-48 hours of receiving payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is between 10 to 20 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This will enable you to monitor the progress of your luxury watch as it makes its way to your doorstep.

We use express international courier services for all of our deliveries. The courier we choose will depend on the destination and what is the most efficient, secure, and fast method available.

Rest assured that all of our watches are carefully packaged to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition. Each watch is encased in its own box, which is then further secured within a protective shipping box.

  1. Multiple Items in a Single Order

If your order contains multiple items, please note that they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking information for each item.

  1. Address Accuracy

Ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or misdeliveries. We cannot be held responsible for orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

  1. Delivery Acceptance:

Please be available to receive your luxury watch when it arrives. If no one is available at the given address during the delivery attempt, the courier may leave a delivery notice or make a re-delivery attempt.

Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
